SUSHI DOG

The Story:

Sushi Dog are an innovative grab-and-go brand who burst onto the scene in 2018 with a totally fresh take on sushi (not an easy thing to do!).

By the end of 2024 founders, Greg and Nick approached me to discuss how Jaggard Collective could help them evolve the brand for its next phase of growth.

The Project:

At this point lots of agencies will try and sell you a mega rebrand - requiring big bucks, lots of calls and leaving you with a whole new brand to roll out.
But I'm a fan of the refresh or, to use my favourite strangely-spelt term for it, the 'zhuzh'.

A zhuzh was at the heart of my solution for the team and with a powerhouse of Jaggard Collective partners - Mika Suetake and Sophie Williams - we refreshed the look and feel; refining logo, fonts, colours and assets, as well as building out a clear tone of voice; the aptly named 'Sound of Sushidog' and a smart social strategy to compliment it all.

It was a pleasure working with the team; and I've loved watching the refresh roll out over the last few months. If you haven't sampled their delicious wares yet - this is your cue to add a Kimchi Tuna SushiDog to your lunchtime roster - you won't look back 😉.
